Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds or transfers to another person. However, we understand that life happens. If something comes up and you can't make it to the race, we will roll your registration fee to the next year, or toward another Best in the West Event. Roll overs are based on the following schedule:
28 days (or more) from race day - 97% of registration fee
21-27 days from race day - 75% of registration fee
14-20 days from race day - 50% of registration fee
7-14 days from race day - 25% of registration fee
0-6 days - No roll over.
Requests for registration roll over or transfer to another race must be made via email: [email protected]
Please do not email asking for a refund. The answer is no. See policy above.
Changing Shirt Size
You may switch your shirt size at anytime. Limited size availability begins February 7th. You can change your shirt size by clicking the "manage your registration" link in your confirmation email. Here is a how to video: https://runsignup.com/How-To/GiveawayManagement

Parking
Parking is available in various locations on the street near the Start/Finish line. Saturday parking in downtown Corvallis is not free of charge at meters. Please check your parking location for fees. Free parking is available at the north and south ends of 1st Street.
Dogs
Sorry furry friends, you can't tag along for this one. Pets are welcome to spectate outside, but please no pets on the race course or inside the club house.
Strollers
No strollers on course, please. The bike path can get tight and we ask that you do not run with strollers during the 5k for the safety of all runners. Strollers are allowed on the 1k and 1 mile courses.
Course Cutoffs
The course will be open until 4:30pm. This gives 5k runners 1.5 hours to complete the course. This is an average pace of 28:58 per mile. If you would like to participate in the 5k but are worried about meeting the course cut off time please contact us. Best in the West Events wants everyone to meet their goals and we will do what we can to help support you!
